information: To post a listing or not that is the question - 04/13/08 10:37 AM
Well, I'm looking for a consensus opinion here. What do you think of posting our listing on AR? Deanna and I have never done it. We have listed projects we work with in general terms and pricing but never a specific listing. We post our listing in numerous places on-line. So tell us your experiences.

Do you feel it gets additional exposure?
Have any of you has anyone had a potential client call on a listing posted on AR.
Do you think your listings belong on your blog?
What do you think the public thinks when they read your blog and there is … (12 comments)

information: Dillon Colorado Marina Renovation takes shape - 01/24/08 11:51 AM
Dillon Colorado announced today a long in the making plan for renovation of its marina. Consultants unveiled a plan to the town council and a small group of citizens. This has been long been in the making taking as much as 15 years to come to fruition. As a local I also feel its long over due. Although Dillon has a decent marina now the new plan is incredible.
The extensive renovation plan, commissioned by the town, includes construction of a two-tiered parking deck, reconfiguration of marina docks to minimize potential impact of any future drought, realignment of Lodgepole Street, and … (3 comments)

The Basics of a 1031 exchange
Here in Summit County Colorado we see allot of 1031 exchanges. However we have found many of our clients do not actually understand or know how to take advantage of this great tax deferral.
