Caernarvon tends to follow the Edmonton average very closely over the last few years other than the first quarter of 2010. Caernarvon also does not stay above the Edmonton average sold price per square foot longer than one quarter, it rises above one quarter and then dips below. &lt;p&gt;The Edmonton real estate market has continued to climb higher price wise for single family detached homes as well as duplexes.&amp;nbsp; Condos actually slipped a little in March.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Single Family $380,083 up from $375,268 in February&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Condo $231,629 down from $234,973 in February&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Duplex/Rowhouse $319,020 up from $306,491 in February&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The number of properties for sale in the Metro Edmonton market has grown, which it always does in the spring. The current level of inventory sits just under 7000 properties.&lt;/p&gt;
