The Greenfield Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very steady in 2011. The Greenfield sold price per square foot has managed to stay above the Edmonton average most of the time over the last 3 years. The highest sale price for a home in Greenfield in 2011 was $580,000. south edmonton: Pleasantview Edmonton Real Estate Market 2011 - 02/10/12 06:45 PM

The Pleasantview neighbourhood in South Edmonton continues to climb higher on a sale price per square foot basis. More and more homes are being knocked down in this area of large lots to build large two story infill homes. I expect to see the average sale price per square foot continue to climb as more of these homes resell. The highest sale price for 2011 in Pleasantview was $557,000.
