The Mayfield Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very strong. What is interesting about Mayfield is that 36% of the sales in 2011 were homes without full basements. That tends to drag the average sold price per square foot downwards, but Mayfield continues to perform well. The Parkview and Valleyview Edmonton real estate update including sales data up to the end of 2011 is now up. Parkview had a $2,800,000 home sell this past year, but that wasn't the highest sale price recorded on the MLS system. The highest sale price was $3,999,000 in, drumroll please...... neighbouring Crestwood. Parkview Edmonton Real Estate 2012
