The Glenwood neighbourhood in west Edmonton has seen a steady average sale price per square foot. Glenwood has many good sized lots with 50 foot plus in frontage and has attracted infill buyers. The highest price that a home sold for in 2011 in Glenwood was $1,350,000. What is amazing about that is the fact that Glenwood's average sale price in 2011 was only $303,701! Jamieson Place / Hawkstone Edmonton Real Estate
The Jamieson Place (also known as Hawkstone) Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been hugging the Edmonton average selling price per square foot for the past 3 quarters. Jamieson Place hasn't been more than $4/sq ft off the Edmonton average since the 3rd quarter of 2010. The highest sale price in Jamieson Place this last quarter was $529,000. The average time to sell a home in Jamieson Place last quarter was 47 days. This is just a little higher than the overall Edmonton average days on market of 42 days.
