In late January 2009, SimuQuest, Inc., issued the challenge to Jason Tucker to find the perfect office space for their growing company in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The requirement entailed being in close proximity, walking distance, to the downtown business district of Ann Arbor, Michigan, the space needed to include office furniture, have room to grow, and be affordable.
