In mid September 2008, Integrated Communications Services (ICS), retained Jason Tucker as their tenant agent to represent them in a transaction for the lease of office space in the I-275 & I-696 corridor area of Michigan.
The requirement involved reviewing several available suites ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 SQ FT of office, flex and research and development space. The space required an overhead door for mobile technicians and installation teams.
