Everytime a national RE expert talks about where to buy, Boise is in the top 5 cities.  I'm in a small AF town 40 miles East of Boise and we follow Boise like the tail of a kite, occaisionally the base will make moves, like now and that throws us into our own unique marketplace.  Our prices in Mtn Home are still 15-20% below Boise, but what we get for rent is about the same, sometimes more than Boise.  Makes us a greeat town to invest in.  How is the rest of the state?
