hampstead nh: Hampstead New Hampshire Fright Night - 11/01/08 04:53 PM

Last night after dinner I took Monika out to go look at a house on Emerson Avenue that was all decked out for Halloween. These people decorate their house for Christmas too and it is magical.
I don't know how much money they spend every year but I do know the electric company sure does love them. I spoke with the owners father and he said Christmas was the most costly because they entertain the neighborhood for two weeks during the Christmas season. HAlloween isn't all that bad. LOL
Here is what we saw tonight.

I just wanted to wish everyone here a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This sure has been an interesting year. Real Estate was a little slow in our market again this year but this December we have been the busiest we have ever been for this time of year.

Home is no longer available therefore we can not show it to you.
This great property ended up selling for a lot less than what it was originally listed for. It was such a unique property that it need just the right buyer.
It was in a great location in a great neighborhood.
