The New Hampshire Association of REALTORS released their market trend report written by Peter Francese, as usual Peter make us really think about the future of New Hampshire’s real estate market.
Most REALTORS we’ve been talking to report an increase in activity, not a lot but an increase. June traditionally is a slow month with graduations and vacations but our personal Internet hits are up and we have customers out looking at homes.

Our Web marketing statistics for April 2008 have just been released and I have included April 2007 also so we can compare the activity between the two years.
Broker showings were up from last year which seems to be a good sign or is it less buyers seeing more homes?

This is a personal non-real estate related post but I hope you take a few minutes to read it and maybe help me out.
I’m asking for your help in possibly identifying the young soldier in the photo.
It was taken in late 1953 or early 1954 in a dance hall in Schweinfurt, Germany. 
He was in the United States Army and probably in his late twenties. We know it’s a long shot but worth a try.
It will be hard to identify him because he is shown here in a side profile but if you think you might know or … (39 comments)

Well, it's been an awful week as it goes in the WordPress world. It also didn't bode well for having a happy wife either.
Monika's wordpress blog went down just after I had upgraded to version 2.3. She was not a happy camper. The initial error message that I received was "
"ERROR: WordPress requires Cookies but your browser does not support them or they are blocked."
After that I contacted my web-hosting company and submitted a "support "ticket", well after 13 hours of not hearing anything from them I finally went online and entered into a chat with one of the support … (63 comments)
