unprofessional agent: We had 7 offers returned for best - 05/05/08 11:56 AM
"We had 7 offers returned for best. One was selected and approved Friday at 6pm."
Found this out on Sunday at 3:00 pm.
Showed the house Saturday morning at 11:00 am after Monika called to set up an appointment. I wrote the offer later in the day. Called the listing agent's office and got disconnected 3 times looking for information and the required disclosures and addendum's.  Person answering the phone finally said she would leave a message for the listing agent and they would get me what I needed. 
Never heard a thing and I finally emailed the listing agent Sunday morning letting … (51 comments)
