Active Listings:  Active listings in Paragon (MLS).
Pendings:  Listings which have received an acceptable offer from a buyer and are on the way to closing.
Pending Ratio:  Pendings / Active Listings (by price range)
Expired Listings:  Listings which have been ‘rejected by the market' in the past six months.  This is a rolling six-month (we calculate by going back 180 days from the date of the report) set of listings which were listed for sale and ‘rejected' by the market and the sellers decided to pull or withdraw them and take them off the … (0 comments)

This is the details of my seller incentive club program.
With the amount of homes for sale on the rise I wanted to do two things
Give all agents from all companies a compelling reason to show my listings.
Get my clients homes more exposure and ultimately, more money for their home.
When you evaluate selling your home there are several factors to consider from setting the price to determining which Realtor will get your home the most exposure. As we all know, the more buyers that see your home, the more likely you will get your asking price!

FBSO Questionaire that gets 5 listing a month - 04/03/07 02:32 PM
Hey everyone,
Just thought I would add my FSBO Questionaire that I use once I get face to face with a seller that is selling FSBO.
Make no mistake about this. I sold 521 homes last year and if you do this if will get you listings. This is a numbers game. The more face to face appts you go on the more listings you will take. The key is to get an appointment to preview the home.  I also ask the seller lots of questions and comment on what a great home it must be....  Then I ask them what price would … (9 comments)
