I have been in Real Estate since 1987. During the 90"s I sold tons of property in NYC, became involved with a REIT the started investing in property in 2001.

During the past two years I got very deep into blogs and social networking and recently started a social network www.concretebuzz.com .The site doesn't have the traffic yet to monetize and really doesn't take much of my time. I have a partner who is a programmer who runs it.

I have been looking to get into real estate again since difficult markets are my specialty. This round I do see some signifiant opportunities in the finance and workout market.

I have a strong network in Fairfield County from years of buying and rehabbing small buildings and multi family properties.

Can anyone suggest the most opportunistic finance companies to affiliate with or the type of firm.

Also does anyone really know how to make money in the short sale market?

Thanks and join www.concretebuzz.com . It's a network for concrete. coatings and real estate. Looking for a diverse network of real estate professionals, contractors, manufacturers, architects adesigners and property owners.
