We have a NEW healthy grocery store option in Richardson, Texas
Jay & I went shopping at the new Natural Grocer http://www.naturalgrocers.com/ at the corner of Coit & Campbell in Richardson last week.
We found a clean organized store with great prices.  The prices we saw were lower than the other well known organic food store.  They carry all the brands you would expect from an organic food store.
The staff was helpful and nice.  Go check out the new store and help support this name company in our city. 
I look forward to my next shopping trip!

How do I go about adding photos and clip art to my blogs on AR?  Last week I was able to copy and paste an image and it would appear on my blog.  I cannot get any images to post on my blogs this week.  Is this a known problem that AR is working on?  Or is user error?  Please share how to post an image on a blog.

Ever had one of your listings hijacked by another agent? 
We have had three of our listings hijacked once on Craigslist.com and the other earlier this month on Activerain.com.  We also caught someone claiming one of our listings on Zillow.com
I emailed the agent on Activerain yesterday and she has not responded. I informed the agent that she did not have our permission to market our listing as her own.  Our professional photography also has copyrights.  She is also displaying 840 other listings from our local MLS.

Seems there is trouble on the site.  I have to log in 3 times before it granted my access.  I like the site and want to participate.  Any idea on how long it will take to repair the site?

I am new to ActiveRain.  I want to learn to be a great blogger.  I am just starting out...any advice or help???This is first post with NVU.  I suppose I will go back and read the directions.  I would like to be able to post interesting blogs with images and in html format.  Which programs do you find that are the most user friendly.  I am looking for an easy to use product.  Maybe something like postlets for blogs.  My listings look fabulous that I post on ActiveRain thanks to postlets.  Any sugesstions?  Please post the website of the product you like to … (11 comments)

I think it would be a nice neighborhood socializing spot.  Dallas and Plano both have dog parks.  We have plenty of parks to choose from and plenty of acreage at many of the city parks.  Would you visit the dog park, if Richardson created one?

Who does this analysis?  Is it a company?  Is it exclusive to ReMax agents?  I have seen agents advertise that they rank top 1% or 2% in the nation.

What is best follow up contact lead system in real estate?                     
We used Top Producer for a while and did not like that product.  We are currently using ACT!  We are not getting everything we need from this program.  Which system do you use? Please share some example of success.  I am looking for a product that will track leads from emails, walk-ins, realtor.com and other web lead.  I would love to see a system that has customized plans for follow up.  For example we need one for keeping prospects warm for 3-36 months and one for our sphere.  We have … (7 comments)

We've recently run into situations with buyers that I'd never have predicted 2 years ago:  Buyers looking for houses in the Dallas area with over 30% cash to put down and good credit have been unable to get a loan.  In one case, the buyer is self employed, and in the other, recently employed.  These buyers reminded me of a conversation I had with a local banker recently.  He told me that several years ago they had a thriving mortgage business for home buyers that didn't fit traditional guidelines for loans.  They offered mortgages to buyers at higher rates and lower … (6 comments)

Does the current real estate market compare to the market in the 80's? 
 I am in my early 30's.  I have heard about the home loan interest rates as high as 18% in the 80's. 
If you worked in the market back then, is the current market comparable?
 The current rates are not bad in my opinion but the requirements to get a loan are very strict.  I don't think most buyers can come up with the down payments. 
 I am a positive person with an optimistic outlook. 
What do you think?
