QR codes haver not caught on as fast as many thought; however, with every new conference, summit, sales rally the use of QR codes in your business becomes more of the norm.  For example, many franchise companies will generate a QR code for each listing.  Further, smartphones outsold personal computers last year for the first time in history!
 
What does all this mean and where am I going with this?

Since returning from RE/MAX R4 Convention, the phones have been ringing off the table! Why? I firmly believe sellers understand that they cannot try to list but must list to sell...Buyers see rates moving forward and may miss the best time to lock in a 30 year fixed rate in 65 years...Coupled with the voluminous inventory and opportunity this is a buyers market and sellers market if one is educated to see the benefits found by both. As Realtors do we have time to help others? As many of us will say, I am too busy but next time. Folks there may not be a next time for someone....Promptings are you familiar with that term if not call me.... I have had family members receive blood in an emergency...I am never too busy to give blood to help others.... Recently I gave blood and captured the event on my new Verizon IPhone.
