Raise your hand if you're still happy to drive that lovely Lincoln Navigator or GMC Yukon. (Talk about paying a new luxury tax today for those toys!) An agent in our office just posted a photo of her $100.00 fill-up this morning and got me thinking about things...

To celebrate our clients this morning, our broker had a great vision:
Bring in the Bunny and flip some flapjacks!
Starting about two weeks ago, the agents in our office invited current, past and prospetive clients to the office for a morning of free pancakes from the talented Chris Cakes (flying pancakes, anyone??) and a visit from E.B. himself: the Easter Bunny! What a hit!
So many people came we had to set up more tables and chairs just to scramble to fit them all in! Mr. E.B. was great as kids marched, played and had a great time … (4 comments)

I had a great opportunity to go up into one of those cool observatories and star gaze the other night. It was all around impressive, and (as usual) I let my mind wander into weird places, connecting dots that may not actually be there, but it's my world so it makes sense to me. Do you have a special tradition for closing day? It's one of the biggest days for our clients and we've just completed the journey with them, through all the bumps, twists and turns. How do you make it memorable and special on that closing day?
