What ever happened to TALKING people off a ledge? Well, talking takes lots of hot air and sand through the hourglass so why not just JUMP??
I had an interesting interaction yesterday with a new potential client that I have been trying to get a hold of since JANUARY (6-months ago). We finally spoke at length last month and I asked about his house hunt. Here is the information I received yesterday:

A Social Media Fundraiser: Success Story! - 07/01/11 04:04 PM
Thanks to all of you who supported me in my Make-a-Wish foundation fundraiser! We raised $136 in a little over 48 hours for the Kansas City chapter! All as an experiment through the power of ActiveRain and Facebook.
HOW? I asked for my friends and ActiveRain Rainmakers to LIKE my Fan page (see the box to the right >>>> ) and for each LIKE I would donate $1 to the Make-a-Wish foundation.
