Ya gotta have a multitude of ways to get people there. Here is a new one (no computer needed): text it!
There is a bunch of stuff you can do from your phone to update Facebook (See this very popular post I wrote) Imagine you met a client/friend/associate for lunch and you're chatting about Facebook Fan pages. Wouldn't it be great to say,
"Hey Bob, do me a favor: take out your phone right now and send a text To: 32665 (that's FBOOK on your keypad) and in the body … (2 comments)

Do you have a strategy for talking with your clients? Are you REACTING or are you in control?
One question I like to ask my sellers is, "What is the best way for me to communicate with you?" You'd be surprised by the answers. Some don't have unlimited texting plans, so they get charged when I text them. (Good info to know so they don't DREAD my expensive messages). What a great example for me trying to keep them in the loop but actually does the opposite by cultivating animosity.
