In 2010, the Real Estate and Mortgage landscapes have changed...
Terms like Social Media, Internet Presence, Facebook Likes and Twitter Followers have become must-know concepts in our vocabularies. Your listings and mortgage rates should be presented on a state-of-the art website and you will usually be texting your clients as much as you speak to them in person. Facebook is, as we speak, taking over the internet with their open source and location based upgrades. The world we live in is changing.

But, one thing has not changed... A personal touch is still the number one thing in our businesses. There is nothing that can replace a handshake, a warm smile and a reassuring human voice. Face to face is where true business is done.
What tradition still happens at the end of every face-to-face meeting? The exchange of a business card. Business cards were around as early as the 1800's. They have survived the test of time and are still an essential part of business today.

But, the question is- how do I compete with Facebook and websites and Twitter?
The answer is... HAVE BUSINESS CARDS THAT STAND OUT FROM THE REST- THAT YOUR CLIENTS WILL KEEP FOREVER.
Yes, leave them something that makes an impact, evokes an emotion and more than anything- makes them remember you when it's time to purchase or refinance.
There are many ways to achieve this and we will be covering them this week, on this blog...
