Centennial, Colorado celebrates again!  Centennial will be celebrating it's 10th year throughout 2011 and proudly, for the sixth consectutive year, Centennial has been ranked as the safest City in Colorado!  This announcement came from the CQ Press in their recent release of its annual publication City Crime Rankings 2010-2011: Crime in Metropolitan America.  The publication ranks crime data which has been reported to the FBI, for cities and states who have a population of at least 75,000 residents.  The six categories are: murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, and motor vehicle theft.Centennial has a population of more than 75,000 residents and was ranked … (1 comments)

Is Your Homeowner's Association FHA Approval Up-to-Date? - 01/10/11 04:07 PM
There is an important deadline looming that you should be aware of, if you live in a townhome or condo community which has a mandatory Homeowner's Association.  It is called the FHA Condominium Project Approval and thousands of condo approvals expired on 12/7/2010.  However, FHA announced extensions, reducing the number of expirations that would have happened all at once, as well as taking into consideration the current housing conditions.  Here are the current deadlines with the (current expiration date) and the extended deadline:
