Oh, so what is a CMA. It is a comparative market analysis. Basically it give you the sale price of homes in your neighborhood with comparables. It usually is done with homes sold in the last 6 months. If there are no homes in your neighborhood that is like yours, then the search is spread out to neighborhoods that does have homes sold within the last 6 months like yours...
