The clouds are very prevalent in the sky but where and when will we get a sign in Short Sales Will there be a rainbow at the end of the storm?
 
I have been struggling lately with the short sale market. I am getting such mixed messages from the lenders.
 
The process is slow and drawn out no matter how many promises the lenders have made it does not speed up the majority of short sales.

After a couple of days looking at upscale homes my clients fell in love with a home in a gated community. Keep in mind this is a gated community that went belly up during the bust. A developer bought 10 of the 12 homes that were in different stages of build out. The home they fell in love with was beautiful and in the final stages counter tops, flooring, paint colors etc. We talked to the Broker representing the developer, the project Superintendent and some of the homeowners.
