During this time of year, there are so many wonderful ways that we can enjoy the holidays and while we're celebrating holiday cheer with our families, try to help a child by selecting an angel from one of the angel trees located throughout Arizona local malls. The Salvation Army's Christmas Angel Program has been a tradition since 1986. Did you know that Christmas Angel donors donate more than 60,000 new clothes and toys to Arizona children each year? As a seller, you may or may not know that, in Arizona, when you are selling your home, the law requires that you disclose all material facts about the property whether or not you are asked by the buyer or a real estate agent, or when asked to complete a disclosure form. The disclosure form, sometimes mistakenly called the SPUDS, is really called the Residential Seller's Property Disclosure Statement, i.e., the "SPDS" (pronounced SPUDS).
