A split closing may be the fear of many Real Estate Professionals, but don't let the unknown scare you and your customers.  A split closing (two title companies present at close) is a way in which you, the agent, can have more control over the closing process.  You are selecting the most competent person to represent yourself and your buyer/seller at closing.  As a Real Estate Agent don't you want your cutomer to be represented by a member of your sales team?. I believe that everyone deserves the best representation, your customers trust you so why not hire someone you trust to take your transaction to the TABLE
