The North Shore is a unique area, one that we who live here treasure and those who visit thrill to discover. Linda and I have made the region our home and never tire of new discoveries - by boat or by car, on bike or on foot. Historically, culturally, and recreationally, the North Shore is like no place else!
The North Shore can be reached by traveling north of Boston up the Atlantic coastline. Located between the City of Boston and the New Hampshire border are quaint seacoast villages, summer resorts, industrial centers and residential suburbs which comprise this very special region.

Have you noticed that many For Sale signs (especially on the Massachusetts North Shore) appear to have put down roots on the front lawns of the homes for sale? And how about the number of signs dotting our neighborhoods? It's staggering!
In some instances, it appears that the only people that are not clear on the direction the real estate market has been going for the past 18 months are the ones with the "rooted" For Sale signs.
