Well its only May 21st, 2010 and what a crazy year it has been. We've been incredibly busy, inspecting, writing reports adn trying to enjoy some of this gorgeous Maine Spring Weather!

I am glad to see folks out there looking and buying. My daugher and her fiance actually bought this year. It was a great opportunity!! 

We've seen a number of great homes and a number of... well distressed homes. Some interesting things to say the least.

I hope it continues!
