Available Attached Homes including Town Homes, Duplexes, and Patio Homes Inventory = 278 homes.
Sold Price Range for 20164, 20165 & 20166 = Low $167,900 - High $569,900.
New contracts (for the past 30 days) average per month = 60.
Current absorption rate or average length a Sterling attached home stays on the market is approximately 4.6 months up about two months over the September 2007 number.

Current absorption rate or average length a Sterling single family home stays on the market is approximately 6.1 months up about a month over the September 2007 number.
