greensboro: Storms rip through Greensboro - 04/05/11 10:39 AM
Storms rip through Greensboro Well, I should have known at 3:00AM, when that first monsterous thunder and lightning hit, It would be a long, rough night. One of my greyhounds immediately started whimpering and pacing and kept me up for a good part of the night. Luckily, my home escaped damage. The wind and hail were quite strong at times. The leaves are almost gone, the temps are dipping into the 30s and there's even snow in the mountains of North Carolina. Here's a favorite Fall picture I took a few years ago in the mountains of Virginia, along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Two in two weeks. Two accepted contracts in my first two weeks at Allen Tate Realtors in Greensboro. I'm happy. AllenTate is happy. My buyers are very, very happy. Now, if only I could keep this pace up for the rest of the year. I would be a very happy camper. So, it's up to me and only me. I can't blame the economy, job losses, the holiday season, lack of support from my company or BIC. As a matter of fact, I'm loving my move here. I feel energized and ready to take on the world.
