Manhattan's Top Real Estate Broker Website Did It Again!
I have been blogging about how my real estate website garners about a 1000+ people a month since I started tracking it from May to June of this year; and has only been live since this Feb. 2011.
Today I tracked my entire month and I got 1580 visitors to my site, where 85% of them were new visitors and, 72% of the visits were from the search engines, which is HUGE!

Why Having a Top Real Estate Website Really Works!
Just this past month, I have acquired two new listings because of my website.
I always make sure to ask "Where did you find me?"  The replies I got were, that they found me through other sites but when they came to my site, that is what sealed the deal.

At the beginning of this year, the New York Department of State hammered down the gavel that all NY Brokerage houses must comply with the signing of the NY State agency disclosure form by buyer, seller, renter, and/ or landlord, at first substantive contact.
