In the past two years I have received at least three offers from companies to create a "custom" publication with my branding. These publications are magazines that are printed with my picture an contact info in several places. If you pay a premium you can get a tear-out reply card inserted in the mag.

The latest offer that I received is from bydesign Publishing. The magazine is fairly inexpensive, but is only 12 pages.

I have been tempted to try marketing to my former clients and SOI using one of these vendors.
