New Pictures of JCKC Realty Office - 02/18/08 03:02 PM

Here are the most recent pictures of the progress at our office.  They are in the process of building a rounded reception desk (I know, it looks rectangular here), they are finishing the tiling of the floor and are almost ready for the granite counters, carpet and laminate wood floors to go in.  Estimated time of completion is about 2 weeks right now.  Unfortunately the town is being silly about our sign-age, but we'll work with what we've got for now.  I think it looks great!

Update: JCKC Real Estate Resource Center - 02/17/08 02:19 PM
Here is the newest progress on the JCKC Realty Real Estate Resource Center.  We are now scheduled to host our grand opening in March.  Construction is almost complete, but took longer than hoped as new construction typically does.  The painting of the interior has just been completed and the cabinets have arrived and are in the process of being installed.  The last phase of construction is the flooring which should be complete within the next couple of weeks.  The glass windows have been installed in the conference room, the crown molding has been put in and the recessed lighting is in.  … (0 comments)

New and Experienced agents are now being welcomed to join JCKC Realty. We're licensed in MA and CT. We are just about complete with our new, state of the art 3700 SQFT office located on Main Street in Sturbridge and are setting up interviews with real estate professionals or people interested in getting into the business. For new agents there are classes being held all of the time (some upcoming next weekend Feb.15-17) where you can complete your courses over a weekend or can choose to do it over several weeks.
