I get this question all of the time: "why should I work with a buyer's agent rather than working directly through the listing agent?". There are many reasons to work with a buyer's agent. Would you want to have someone negotiating the price lower for you, or would you rather have them trying to get the price as high as the sellers would like it to be (and we know in this market that prices can be pretty high and out there!)?
