Colonials found here in Central Mass are stately and symmetrical. They are usually a 2 story rectangular dwelling with bedrooms on the second floor. It's a small, hometown market with fresh produce, a deli and a reasonable selection of groceries. The produce is priced well, I often make a stop here in addition to going to one of the major grocery stores around. You can find a selection of fresh pasteries from Francesco's Bakery located in Charlton, MA at Micknuck's. Located across from our office at 136 Main Street in Sturbridge is Paoletti's Fruit Store where you can buy only the freshest produce around. Paoletti's is open 7 days a week and features a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as a full service deli. 100 DAYS OF CENTRAL MASS FEATURES E.B.FLATTS Located in East Brookfield, E.B.Flatts is named for it's location in the town. The section of East Brookfield where the restaurant is located was known as "the flats" for years. The grounds used to be part of an old airport in East Brookfield and now are covered with corn fields and restaurants. E.B.Flatts has a very country feel with it's log cabin structure, cathedral ceilings and lots of collectibles for decor. There's a model train that goes along the interior beams on a track throughout the restaurant that the kids love! Open for breakfast, it's usually pretty busy (0 comments)

YOUMAIL - WHAT A GREAT FORM OF TECHNOLOGY While networking and following up with friends on Facebook, I learned about this great form of technology called YouMail. A friend posted on her Facebook status that she hated voicemail and people should just text her if they wanted to find her. Someone commented that she should really try YouMail, so I was curious. I logged onto their website to check out what it was since I had never heard of this before. YouMail provides a visiual voicemail solution for free. WHAT HAPPENED TO REALTOR.COM?SHOCKING LISTING TRAFFIC RESULTS ACROSS THE BOARD To start my week I like to send my sellers updated traffic reports from different online sources where their home is listed. The first one I sent out was for a pretty new listing of mine - http://www.59MechanicStreet.com that has only been on the market for 4 weeks. I was shocked at the charts and statistics:
This listing only saw 30% of the traffic it was getting from previous weeks. I'd expect this from a stale listing, but not from a newer one! I went on to my next listing (17 comments)

This is a good time to enjoy Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, MA. Plymouth Rock is the traditional site where William Bradford and the Mayflower Pilgrims founded Plymouth Colony in 1620, which became the United States of America. Here in Central Mass, we enjoy the sites of wild turkeys out in the country and lots of colorful leaves on the ground, left over from Fall. 100 DAYS OF CENTRAL MASS FEATURES PATRIOTS' DAY Patriots' Day is a civic holiday that we celebrate in Massachusetts that marks the anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord, the first battles of the American Revolutionary War. Re-enactments of these first battles occur annually at Lexington Green in Lexington, MA around 6AM and The Old North Bridge in Concord, MA around 9AM. On the morning of Patriots' Day, a mounted reenactor accompanied by a police escort retraces Paul Revere's ride, calling out warnings along the way.
