This is going to be fun, Southwick's Zoois one of my FAVORITE places to go each year! Located in Mendon, MA, Southwick's Zoois New England's LARGEST zoo adventure. Looking back into history, the zoo started over 200 years ago in 1803 as a working farm with dairy cows. It is independently owned, not local or federally funded in any way. The zoo is home to over 500 wild animals featuring over 100 varied species.
