Fun with Relocation Buyers! - 03/31/11 11:15 PM
There is no need to put a KINK in your life just because you have to move out of state! As a REALTOR we have many options when choosing a niche in our business, and my passion has been Relocation for several years. I love "showing off" our City of Denver and all it offers. I love to prepare buyers relocating to Denver with information they need, such as hydrating prior to their arrival so Altitude Sickness does not ruin their trip. There are other "rules" to share that may not be in effect in their cities as well.

Facebook is NOT your friend! Be careful what you post.... - 03/20/11 11:51 AM
Facebook is a great place to be personal, express yourself and connect with friends from past and present. HOWEVER, you still need to be careful what you post on your Wall! Are you a seller, talking about needing to get the house sold so you can get transferred or have lost a job? If the other agent thinks about checking Facebook, you may have given away your motivation! Once it is on the Internet, it is ALWAYS on the Internet for the world to see! If you are in the middle of negotiations, and as

Spring in Denver is Right Around the Corner - 03/03/11 09:38 AM
Denver is known for being a snowy cold City in the winter months, but this just isn't so. The East Coast and even Utah has had a much more snow this winter. This is all that was left of our snow, as we have not had any for a couple weeks. I had to look hard, and found some on the North side of my house in the shade! The weather has been so nice for the last couple of weeks getting into the mid and upper 60's, so our foliage is believing spring is right around the corner!
