You have a technology bone-yard of well-used electronics that no longer are operable, and the pile is getting larger.     These items should not be “thrown in the trash”, but recycled.
Denver, like many U.S. cities has resources available to residents to help them recycle their old tech gear.

Can you imagine being 17 and having anything you want at your fingertips?    She has another year of high school to attend, which is a tad over a mile from my home.    She has so many choices, with many opportunities to be the spokesperson for so many companies.   She definitely has a level head, as she says her parents and coach will guide her with the right decisions.


 
I cannot imagine what it would be like to have these opportunities --- all from working hard at something you love to do!

NEED A WINDSHIELD?      I had many pits and the windshield looked like it had seen better days, and started do my calling around to see who could replace it for me.      My insurance agent (American Family - Kiley Brenneman) suggested calling this company, as they were recommending them and they offered a discount.

The Denver real estate market has enjoyed a seller's market this year, showing 65 average days on market.   The inventory was down 38.42% in July for both single detached family homes and multi-family, which is creating multiple offer situations especially with homes showing well and priced correctly.     


Many Denver homes for sale priced below $250,000 are receiving multiple offers, so quick decisions are necessary.   Showings decreased in July as families preparing their children for school and taking last summer vacations.
