The Annual Furry Scurry will be held at Wash Park in Denver May 5th, 2012. All monies raised (100%) will go for the care of over 24,000 homeless pets at the Dumb Friends League. It costs $20,330 per day to care for these homeless pets. This will be a 2 mile walk that begins at 9 am around Wash Park, with refreshments before, during and after walk.

Fourteen properties were sold, however, the days on market decreased significantly from 172 to 106 days. The average price sold decreased slightly from $1,365,667 to $1,327,018.

Denver's weather today is just about perfect! No more flying ash from the fires in Arizona, it is around 80 degrees, and clear blue skies! I was fortunate to have an appointment up North of Denver today, and had to get these shots! This is why we live in Denver!
From Arvada around Stanley Lake looking west, you can still see there are snow capped peaks. They are still skiing at Arapahoe Basin!
