Denver Modern Homes Tour - Saturday - June 2, 2012
Denver Modern Home Tour will held again this year to feature neighborhoods, sustainable elements and different architects. No mini-mansions this year, as all homes featured are less than 3,000 square feet.
Last year’s event had over 450 participants and expect more this year, as the homes are affordable. Being self guided, you are able to pick and choose which homes you want to tour and do this on your time.

The Denver real estate market has shown signs in many parts of town of being a seller's market, and Denver's warm spring weather is creating a strong market. The inventory was down 42% in April for both single detached family homes and multi-family, which is causing some multiple offer situations especially with homes showing well and priced correctly.

In the last few months, buyers looking for Denver real estate have noticed the limited inventory available, and in some cases seeing multiple offers. Showing homes on the weekends, Realtors are experiencing overlapping appointments with other Realtors and their clients. Showings set for homes in the Denver Metro area have doubled from the previous year on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but our inventory has increased minimally.
