The sellers currently with their properties on the market are getting showings, as the buyers out right now, are serious buyers.    The buyers viewing properties this time of year are looking that deal, and have the desire to get into their new homr prior to the end of year.
In past years, I have found first thing in January to be a good time to put a new listing on the market.     All the Holidays are over, the inventory is not as plentiful, and the buyers are really looking for that … (16 comments)
