Springtime is here, but has been so wet we have to wonder how this has affected our market, especially the luxury market. The month of April showed a slight decrease in sales over March. Days on market decreased from 126 days in March to 107 in April. The average sales price increased from $1,480,370 to $1,520,944.

Sales of luxury homes in the entire Denver Metro Area was 48 considerably increased from May which had only 37 sales.
