Working with Relocating Clients


Relocating from one State to another or from another Country is a bit different than working with clients moving within the City.     There are quite a few things I do differently with incoming buyers from other States and outgoing sellers moving out of State.
 
 

~ We are a Mile High --- and hydration is critical before visiting Denver.   Drinking several ounces of water a few days before and all during the visit will insure you do not feel altitude sickness.

Here are some reasons WHY people move to Denver - ~ Average age is 31 ~ Low unemployment ~ Foreclosure rate is half of the National average ~ People move here for the life style -            Mountains, fresh air, outdoor sports ~ Median price is $244,100

We have it All in Denver - Except an Ocean
Buyers have many requests for their Denver home purchase besides how many bedrooms & bathrooms and even square footage.     The requests have been to be close to a park to walk the dog, or close to trails for biking or running.      In Denver we have it all, well, except for an ocean.

 
Buyers request to have mountains views.  The snow capped mountains are so magnificent.   You always know which direction you are going in Denver, as they are always in the West.
