Parker CO Market Report - December 2011

The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles. It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. The Town of Parker is approximately 20 square miles.Like Denver, Parker real estate is very low in inventory and difficult to find a non-distressed home for a family that is under $200,000.
