So I decided to try out video tours. Did one myself. Used free movie maker that comes with windows. OK. My video was sort of like amateur and simple. I posted it on http://www.housereel.com and let it ride. I sent the link to as many agents I could - over 600. Kept my info out so it was buyer-agent friendly. 3 weeks later, it was sold to a NYC lady. Amazing how it works.  Every listing will have one and I am hoping to get listings by offering this free service.
