Landsiedel estates in a newer subdivision located on the east side of Danbury off of Stadley Rough road. Located on Ervie & Laura drive, this neighborhood of 23 homes was developed  in the middle 1990s to early 2000s.  The neighborhood was built by a variety of local builders. Landsiedel estates is very close to Lattins Cove on Candlewood lake, I-84, shopping and more.  There are many luxurious colonial styled homes with over 3000 square feet.

Danbury is a modern city located about 70 minutes north of New York City. For many people relocating to the area from New York, lower Fairfield County or from across the country,  it can be whelming & a little bit confusing to find your new home. In addition to having a large downtown core,  there is are large shopping centers, corporate research parks, the largest lake in the state,one of the top rated public golf courses in the country and a park that rivals Central just south of city hall.

At the closing table, any financing the buyer gets it cash.  Most of the time it does not matter is you are only paying cash for a property. There are some properties that are in such a state of disrepair or located in a condo community where you can not get financing  where the only way you can purchase them is if you have the money in the bank.

The Real Estate Market is Getting Better in Greater Danbury - 05/10/10 04:54 PM
The market has gotten tighter in the 1st quarter in the Danbury area. The supply of single family homes in Danbury has gone down from 16.6 months to 5.4 months & from 14.6 months to 4.4 months in April for condos & townhomes.  The median sales price for condos has increased from $190,000 to $230,000 from January to the end of April, and has changed from $210,000 up to $275,000 for single family homes.
The real estate market in the  surrounding towns increased as well.  The supply for single family homes when combining Brookfield & New Fairfield has gone from 15.5 … (0 comments)
