One of things to consider when comparing average sales price between the different towns in the area is looking at what type of home is the most common in that town.  Danbury does offer the widest range of types of properties compared to the surrounding.  There are many condos,ranging from the low $100,000s up to $600,0000, raised ranches on about 1/2 acre lots, colonials & contemporary styled homes on about an acre of land, smaller intown homes on about 1/8 of a acre, homes on or in lake communities and multi family homes.
