I recently showed a buyer a property that was being marketed on the MLS as a two bedroom property. They need a true two bedroom property since they often have overnight guests & also want to use the space to where in peace & quiet since they are on the phone  a lot for their job. Needless to say, we were very disappointed after touring a condo this week.

Realtor Adventures Not Dealing With Selling Houses - 04/29/11 03:14 PM
This has been a very interesting month for me. On top of what I was doing in real estate, I had a lot of personal ‘fun’ stuff happen to do.
-I had my year & half year old laptop fry on me three days before I went away on vacation to Phoenix. I called Toshibia, thinking I had got a two year warranty, and they were very rude to me & my warranty was only for 1 year. Yes, There are regular sellers in the Danbury,CT Area - 04/27/11 02:57 PM

Contrary to the national media, there are plenty of ‘normal sellers’, which are not short sales or foreclosures,  in the Danbury and Candlewood lake.
Here are current stats for homes on the market

Across the board, only about 9.5% of properties in the Danbury area are distress sales. This means there are some opportunities for investors, yet most buyers will be working with ‘regular’ home owners. Seller also need to keep in mind that their home may be competing against sellers that ‘have to sell’.
