After thinking about it for a while, I realized my job decription is basically just solving and avoiding problems. All of this is true whether you are buying, selling, renting, leasing or investment. It all pretty much boils down to this one simple phrase.
When you are buying or selling a house, there can be a problems that come up. For example, inspection items, problems with people not communicating with everyone, mortgage,things staying or going with the house, alarms, appraisals, scheduling, management companies and more.
