New Milford, CT is a commuter town of Danbury. With the Brookfield bypass now open, it takes appropriately twenty minutes to get to the west side of Danbury by car and just under an hour to White Plains,NY. There is a charming village center, complete with a green where festivals are held several times a year. In addition, there is a growing amount of shopping & restaurants along Danbury Road in southern New Milford.
