Buyers: If you are waiting to hit one out of the park, you might miss all the great 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base hits.
I don't very often use sports metaphors, but this one seems appropriate.  I'm telling my buyers now that if they keep waiting for that perfect deal, like in baseball, for that perfect "slam it out of the park," they'll miss all those great 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base deals.

I have several buyers who are patiently watching the MLS listings for an especially good deal.  I’ve also been passing along listings that seem like a good fit.  Sometimes buyers have been ready to move quickly, and that’s paid off.
