This is WHY I LOVE waking up in the morning, you never know what's going to happen. Somebody dropped their phone on the ground yesterday at Mobil while getting out of their car. I reached down picked it up and went inside Mobil, and asked who's phone is this? He reached for it with GLEE and giving it back to him he was soooo Thankful. Got back in my truck and said DAM that would have been a good opp to give him my card. Anyway I stopped at the drug store right after that and as I was walking down the aisle ran into somebody I haven't seen since high school, we talked a bit and I told him I'm in RE, gave him my card and said, DUDE, I been looking for a home can you help.... Of course I can I said. See what comes around goes around... :-)

Next day, I'm in the office a guy comes in to list his house, I overhear him talking and when he says his last name, something went off in my head. I know his family I think, I approached him and I asked him if he knew Eric he said that's his brother. Long story short I met with him 2 hours later at his house and got the listing. Great family too, just got done listing it will another company and the agent was a MESS for them.....

Closing, get excited WHEN you wake up. Get motivated, get moving, and just get going..... Much success
